Hi, I’m Katie Smith — a Northeast Florida REALTOR® dedicated to more than just transactions. For me, real estate is about people, stories, and creating the right space for every season of life.
Born and raised on the westside of Jacksonville, I know this region inside and out. From sunny beach days during my years at UNF to building my family’s home on raw land in Baker County, I’ve experienced firsthand the diverse lifestyles Northeast Florida has to offer. That deep local knowledge allows me to not only help customers buy or sell a home, but also to connect them with communities that truly fit their goals and dreams.
Before real estate, I spent over a decade in roles centered around helping others through some of life’s most challenging moments. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in social welfare, I built my career in service-based fields where listening, problem-solving, and advocacy were essential. From interviewing families and providing support during difficult transitions to working with veterans in a mental health capacity as an operational specialist, I learned how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and ensure people always felt seen and supported. Those same skills now set me apart as a REALTOR®.
